| This modest home is located in the heart of Sugar Springs Resort. Enjoy golfing, swimming and other leisure activities, just a short walk away. Sugar Springs offers a beautiful 18 hole championship golf course, pro-shop, restaurant, beaches and an indoor heated swimming pool! (Golf and swimming pool use, are additional charges to use. Pay as you use). The swimming beach is located just a walk down the street. The golf course, restaurant and swimming pool are located just across the street. There is an open deck and a fire-pit in the back yard. Fully furnished with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, linens, dishes, pots, pans, two bathroom, cable TV (large screen TV), VCR and DVD, radio and MORE! Just brings yourselves, some clothes and food!!! |

Weekly $520 (Sun to Sun or Friday to Friday)
5 Night Rental $400 (Sunday to Friday Departure)
Weekend: $230 (Fri to Sun Departure)
Low Season Rates (Oct 1 to Late May):
Weekly $400 (Sun to Sun or Friday to Friday)
5 Night Rental $300 (Sunday to Friday Departure)
Weekend: $200 (Fri to Sun Departure)
Long Weekend $280 (Friday to Mon Departure or Thur to Sun Departure)
Check In Time: 5:00 pm (No later than 8pm)
Check Out Time: 2:00 pm
Sorry... Weekends cannot be split.
If you decide to bring a dog (or two): $10 per night
* Above rates do not include sales tax. Add 6% Michigan Sales Tax to
above rates (not due until 2 weeks prior to arrival).

change rates as necessary, without notice.
Deposit of 1/2 of rental required to secure reservations, remainder
due 2+ weeks prior to arrival, along with the refundable security/damage
deposit. Cash, Cashiers Checks, Travelers Checks or
Money Orders Only. No Personal Checks Please.
We also accept credit cards through PAY PAL. Our Pay Pal ID is our
email address: retreatinthewoods@yahoo.com If you decide to use
Pay Pal, there is a 3.2% charge based on Pay Pal's fees. Example:
If you are sending $300 deposit, you would multiply that amount by 3.2% and add
that amount onto the deposit. $9.60 (Equaling: $309.60)

Cancellation Policy: Reservations canceled prior to 30 days from
arrival date will be accessed a $25.00 cancellation fee. Reservations
canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival date will forfeit their
deposit.
Security Deposits: Based on up to 4 adults, there is a Refundable $250
damage/cleaning deposit required upon arrival. All REFUNDABLE
security deposits will be mailed out within one week of departure upon
satisfactory inspection/condition of rental.
* Primary Renter must be at least 21 or older.
(Occupying during time of rental).

| Swimming Pool Fees 2009 Guests get a discounted rate of $5.00 per person The swimming pool is located across the street from the house. ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ There is also a swimming beach just down the road from the house. Guests are provided with a gate key, for access to the beach, parking area and boat launch. |
